• Sharing Domestic Responsibilities as a Couple: The Missing Piece for Working Women
    Feb 22 2026

Business is unpredictable by nature, but what happens at home can either steady you or slowly drain you. I had a moment at a dinner table recently where I realised something that’s become true for me: when my relationship is solid, I can handle whatever my business throws at me, because stability at home is an anchor.

We talk about why women who thrive in business often have one of two things: real support at home, or the ability to block out tension. And blocking out tension isn’t free, it costs energy, focus, and confidence. I share a client example of a high-earning business that was still being treated like a “hobby” at home, and how everything shifted once expectations, boundaries, and the business's role in the family were made clear.

Domestic imbalance is still a thing, and it’s exhausting. The mental load, the school admin, the appointments, the birthdays, the groceries, the logistics, the caring for everyone, while also being expected to contribute financially like a CEO. Equality doesn’t happen by hoping, and why the uncomfortable conversations at home are often the ones that unlock more capacity in business.

You’ll also get practical ways to start rebalancing without burning your life down: clarify what your business contributes, make the invisible mental load visible, renegotiate one area at a time, and let other people own tasks without micromanaging the process.

I also mention a tool that can help couples divide responsibilities more fairly: Fair Play Cards. Because you shouldn’t have to choose between business success and a home life that works.

  • Choosing Your Rhythm: Living Without Obligation
    Feb 16 2026

Obligation doesn’t usually kick the door down; it slips in quietly and starts rearranging your life. This episode unpacks how tiny social rules and unspoken expectations can slowly take over your calendar, your energy, and the way you run your business, without you even noticing.

You’ll hear my “polite ghosting” story and why leaving a party doesn’t need to be a full production just because other people want one more drink, one more story, one more moment. It’s not about being rude; it’s about protecting your rhythm and refusing to negotiate your peace for someone else’s comfort.

We talk about resentment as useful data, not a personality flaw. If you’ve been feeling snappy, heavy, or secretly dreading things you “should” be fine with, this is a sign your boundaries are being crossed. You’ll learn how to do an obligation audit, spot what you defaulted into, and start making cleaner choices without over-explaining yourself.

Obligation in business is expensive, from underpricing to scope creep to unpaid “quick questions” that drain your creativity. Expect pushback when you stop being convenient, but remember this: you’re not here to be endlessly available, you’re here to live true to your energy and your life’s work. If this hits a nerve, this is exactly the work we do inside Revenue Raiser (doors open until February 25th).

  • How to Manage Expectations in Business Without Burning Out
    Feb 8 2026

Expectations are sneaky. They sit in the background of your life and business, shaping how you measure progress, success, and even your own worth. When reality doesn’t match the picture in your head, it can turn a good season into disappointment, even when things are objectively going well.

This episode explores the expectations we inherit and the ones we quietly create for ourselves, from how we imagine life will look to how we think business “should” feel. It covers how unchecked expectations can make wins feel like failures, and why it’s so common to feel behind when you’re actually moving forward.

You’ll also hear practical ways to manage expectations without lowering your standards, including naming them, checking whether they fit your current season, and making success scalable with a good, better, best approach. The goal isn’t to stop having expectations, it’s to update them so they support your reality instead of adding pressure.

  • How to become less afraid of public speaking
    Feb 1 2026

Fear of public speaking can hold you back in business, even when you know your work is solid. This episode shares practical tools to build confidence in speaking so you can communicate clearly on client calls, in meetings, on video, or on stage.

It covers how clarity creates confidence, how to choose one core message as your anchor, and why courage matters more than perfection when you’re finding your voice. You’ll also get simple ways to practise your message, reduce overthinking, and build stronger communication skills through repetition and a supportive community.

If you had one minute to speak to the world, what would you say?

That’s your starting point. Find the core message. Say it out loud. Repeat it until it feels like yours. Use it everywhere. Client calls. Sales conversations. Social captions. Videos. Team meetings.

Your voice has memory. The more you practise, the less you perform.

And that’s the goal. Not to become a different person. Just to become more of yourself, out loud.

Because your voice deserves to be heard and your business needs you to lead with it.

  • I'm Done Sugarcoating It - Here's Why Talented Women Stay Stuck
    Jan 25 2026

If you’re feeling stuck in your business, it’s probably not because you lack talent or brains. It’s those sneaky little excuses that quietly take the wheel and steer you off course.

Sometimes you’re avoiding the hard things and expecting results.

It’s not about lacking intelligence or drive it’s the small excuses, burnout, and comfort zones that quietly hold us back.

I’ll break down why businesswomen stay stuck by looking at the boring, repetitive actions that actually move the needle, like consistent follow-ups, tracking numbers, and sticking to your message, even when it feels tedious. You’ll hear why running your business on empty isn’t a badge of honour, and why your health is a non-negotiable foundation for long-term success. I talk about the importance of getting out of your bubble after COVID, and why real growth happens when you show up in person and connect with others.

If you’re tired of feeling stuck, dodging the boring work, or letting the wrong people influence your headspace, this is your call to get honest and make a change. Tough love, real talk, and practical tips to help you stop wondering why businesswomen stay stuck and start thriving. The truth is, you already have what it takes, now it’s time to get out of your own way and put it to work.

  • Recurring Revenue Took Me Out of Survival Mode
    Jan 18 2026

You know that month where you’ve delivered the work, the invoices are out, the client is thrilled and suddenly… silence? You check your bank account. It’s not panic. But it’s close. That, my friend, is the feast and famine cycle and it’s exhausting, financially and mentally.

In this episode, we’re talking recurring revenue in a real-life way, not a “make money while you sleep” way, because predictable income is what takes you out of survival mode and puts you back in the driver’s seat.

We’ll break down what recurring revenue actually is, why it changes how you lead and why it gives you more headspace than you expect. I’ll share what shifted for me when I moved from one-off work into a membership model, plus a client example that shows how recurring revenue can be built with way less chaos than constant launching.

We’ll also talk about the part people skip: you can’t just make something “monthly” and hope it works. Recurring revenue comes from ongoing value, clear deliverables and a rhythm that supports both you and your clients. And if you want to scale it, we’ll touch on why selling to organisations can be a game changer, and how recurring revenue lets you plan, invest and lead like a CEO instead of patching holes every month.

  • I've Spent 11 Years in Perimenopause. I Won't Let It Stop Me
    Jan 11 2026

Today we're chatting about a chapter in our lives that often gets swept under the rug, despite its monumental impact. We don't hear enough about perimenopause and business, even though so many of us are navigating both simultaneously. I'm sharing my personal story, starting with my mum's misdiagnosis at 37, then my own perimenopause diagnosis at the same age after multiple miscarriages. Now at 48, I've spent 11 years in this perimenopausal whirlwind, experiencing hot sweats, mood swings and everything in between.

Perimenopause is like riding an unpredictable wave that hits how we live and work. Hormones upend our routines, but business insists on plugging along. I'll walk you through how perimenopause and business collide, why showing up doesn't mean pretending everything's normal and how to craft a new normal that respects where your body and mind are right now. You'll hear why flexibility isn't optional when navigating perimenopause and business and why some days you're firing on all cylinders whilst other days you're just getting through.

I'll also talk about the support we need from our partners who bear the brunt of this rollercoaster alongside us, and why despite all the havoc, we still show up and shine. If you're knee-deep in perimenopause or menopause, remember you're part of a massive tribe of women who've walked this path before you. The conversation around perimenopause and business is growing, and the more we share our experiences, the easier it becomes for the women coming after us.

  • I Fell In Love with Sales at 11 Years Old
    Jan 4 2026

I love sales. There, I said it. I genuinely, wholeheartedly love it, not just tolerate it because I have to. My love affair with sales started at 11 years old with a plastic table on my driveway, selling cordial and icy poles. That spark never faded, and this year I've embraced it fully, creating structures that teach sales for women in a way that feels authentic and natural, free of that salesy ick. Today I'm sharing my journey and why sales sits at the centre of every successful business.

This year has been massive for us. The BD Sprint, originally intended as a simple challenge, transformed into a powerful programme that broke records and reshaped our approach. Participants saw their networks expanding with new connections, phone calls, meetings and ultimately, sales. The challenge proved that women are eager to learn sales techniques that align with their strengths, and when given the right tools, women kill it at sales. I'll walk you through why so many women struggle with sales, why it's not their fault and how we're flipping the script.

At its core, sales for women is about connecting, building trust, and supporting one another, not pressure. I'll share why traditional sales methods overlook women's natural strengths, how the BD Sprint and 100 No's Challenge celebrate women's unique selling style, and why I'm writing a book to dismantle the myths around sales. Remember this: selling is not about manipulation; it's ultimately about service and connection. And it can be your superpower in business if you let it.
