• Resilience Under Fire | The Tier 1 Journey of Joseph England
    Feb 21 2026

He was told no more than once.

Joseph England had one goal: become a Green Beret.

Then a car accident changed everything.

Injuries from that crash kept him from getting medically qualified for Special Forces. For most people, that would’ve been the end of the road.

    It wasn’t for him.

Instead of quitting, he fought for a support role in Special Forces.

    Then he was disqualified again.

Most people would have accepted it.

    He didn’t.

Joseph tried out for — and was selected into — one of the most highly secretive Tier 1 Special Operations Units in the world.

    He served there for years.

Then transitioned to becoming an Army Blackhawk pilot.

This episode isn’t about a perfect path.

    It’s about:

    • Refusing to accept no

    • Finding another way

    • Reinventing yourself when the door slams shut

    • And building resilience when your dream gets ripped away

    If you’ve ever:

    • Been told you’re not good enough

    • Been medically disqualified

    • Been sidelined by injury

    • Had your plan blow up in your face

    This one’s for you.
