Jenna shares how she went from a successful corporate career (where she was crushing numbers and getting her work done by 11am) to quitting everything after feeling a strong push to start her own business. What started as performance coaching turned into something way bigger when her clients began running into a new problem: too many leads and conversations to keep track of.
That’s what led to GroupTrack, a CRM that literally sits on top of social media so you can track, follow up, and sell without living in spreadsheets or losing people in your DMs.
Then she took it even further with ANA AI, a tool that scans places like Reddit, Facebook groups, YouTube comments, and even the Facebook Ads Library to pull real audience insights, pain points, exact wording, and offer ideas… fast.
We also talk about what it’s like building tech on top of platforms like Meta and LinkedIn, why customer service matters more than ever, and Jenna’s favorite business motto:
