Welcome to Footballogy: Beyond the Pitch — where we’re thinking the game and living the lessons.

This is where football becomes more than ninety minutes on grass. Where the moments that echo long after the final whistle matter just as much as the goals, the tactics, and the victories. Here, we dig into the human truths hidden inside the game.

Because football isn’t just a sport — it’s a classroom that builds discipline and resilience, a mirror that reveals who we are under pressure, and a map that teaches us how to navigate teamwork, failure, growth, and belief.

In this first episode, we begin the journey by asking deeper questions — about the game, about ourselves, and about why football continues to move us, shape us, and connect us across the world.

    This is Footballogy.
Thinking the game. Living the lessons.
    Let’s go beyond the pitch.

In this conversation I sat down with Diana Steele – Edmonton-born, unapologetically Albertan, and one of the most refreshing voices you’ll hear coming out of Edmonton right now.

We talked about growing up in Edmonton, the moments that shaped her perspective, why this city needs to get its politics on the right path, the projects she’s pouring her heart into, and a few stories that’ll make you laugh, think, and probably feel the need to be more involved in the city council elections for 2029.

Whether you’re from the 780 or just love real talk from real people, this one’s for you.

Here’s my full conversation with Diana Steele… let’s go!”

  • WEAPONIZATION OF IDEOLOGY
    Apr 3 2025

    Send us a text

**Nnaemeka Udoka's book, "The Use Of Ideology to Divide A Country And Sabotage The Economy," critically examines the impact of ideological polarization on Canada.** The author argues that the weaponization of ideologies by political leaders, media, and academia is fracturing national unity and harming the economy.

Through various chapters, the book explores specific examples, such as climate policies, social programs, immigration, and the role of media and universities in promoting division.** Udoka contends that prioritizing ideological agendas over practical governance has led to declining global competitiveness, a housing crisis, and stifled economic growth.

Ultimately, the book calls for a shift towards pragmatic, common-sense policies that balance social responsibility with economic stability and promote national unity.

It suggests reforms in areas like taxation, regulation, government spending, and media integrity to rebuild a prosperous and united Canada.
