Does The Bone Collector still have us following every clue, or does the killer’s big reveal leave this 1999 thriller dead on arrival? Jackie and Danielle revisit the Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie crime thriller that made forensic investigation look like the coolest career choice of the ’90s.

We’re digging into Lincoln Rhyme and Amelia Donaghy’s unlikely partnership, Queen Latifah’s unforgettable Thelma, gruesome crime scenes, red herrings, questionable killer motivations, and a final showdown we absolutely have to talk about. Plus, we uncover behind-the-scenes trivia about Denzel and Queen Latifah working with Christopher Reeve, the major stars considered for the lead roles, filming in Montreal, and the challenge of finding creative ways to shoot a movie when your main character rarely leaves his bed.

More than 25 years later, does The Bone Collector still deserve a spot among our favorite ’90s crime thrillers? Rewind with us to find out, then follow No More Late Fees on Spotify and leave us a rating if you enjoy the show. Be kind and rewind.
