In this episode, pastor Tom Sprowls of Berlin Brethren Church and Northeast Regional Resource Coordinator TJ McLaughlin join Miles Larson to continue the discussion on bi-vocational ministry. They discuss how churches can support their bi-vocational pastors well, especially in light of the trend of increasing bi-vocational ministry in the church at large.

As we look at the state of the church today, it looks like there may be an influx of bi-vocational ministry leaders in the near future. In this episode, Miles Larson is joined by two bi-vocational pastors, Jason Huntsinger of Northgate Community Church in California and Justin Morris of The Gathering Church in Virginia, to discuss the benefits and challenges of bi-vocational ministry that full-time pastors might not recognize.
