    Enough is enough and it’s time we take our power back. I recently hit a low point in the world of self comparison and I knew it was going to affect my mental health. After talking it out, I knew this episode was NEEDED.


    Way too many of us struggle with our body image and I want to empower you to reclaim your thoughts and to start fresh.


    Take small steps every day to remind yourself just how amazing you truly are. Take time to practice self care that isn’t always on the go and slowwww downnnn.


    You truly are remarkable and it’s time we stop letting the outsiders hold us to standards we never got to decide on.
