Pack the bug spray, stay out of the woods and never trust a camp counselor—the Gaymer Daddies are heading to Camp Grizzly!
Andrew, Jason and Jacob explore the idea of “grail games”: the rare, expensive and out-of-print titles that board gamers dream of adding to their collections. Andrew shares why Camp Grizzly has been at the top of his list since its original 2013 Kickstarter campaign—and how the game’s fulfillment problems, missing expansions and limited availability turned it into one of board gaming’s most infamous collector’s items.
Then the daddies put the new Second Edition from Trick or Treat Studios through the SERVE review and reveal their final Daddy Scores.
In this episode:
• A Quickie with Jason
• Why summer camps make such great horror settings
• The troubled history of the original Camp Grizzly Kickstarter •
• How to play Camp Grizzly
• The official SERVE review and Daddy Scores
