    # The Daily Trend Report with giovanni gallucci: July 24, 2026 Good morning. This is Alexis Parker, sitting in with giovanni gallucci and Chloe Dawn, and this is the Daily Trend Report. Morning, Alexis. ## In this episode **Social Media.** So Eddie and Kendall both landed on the same shift this week, and it's one almost nobody's staged for. YouTube's pushing hard onto the television. **Clean Label Food and Beverage.** The money story this week isn't a product. It's a shopping spree. **Content Creation Tactics.** The most useful thing in the tactics file this week is three real campaigns that teach the same lesson from different angles. It's about who's got the standing to say a thing. ## Quick takeaways - Cut one version of your best video for the ten-foot view. Bigger text, cleaner frame, readable from the couch, not the palm. - Write the title like a show somebody would pick off a shelf, and build the thumbnail to win a wall of them. On a TV, the browse row is the whole pitch. - Build for the sit-down. Chapter a longer piece so the remote rolls right into your next one, and put the payoff up front where a room with the sound low can still catch it. - Give your regulars a name and a ritual. Charter members, a weekly thing they do, an identity they carry. Belonging is the asset the acquirer can't wire money for. - Find the threads full of nervous fans of the brand that just got bought, and answer them as yourself. Pin the question, reply on camera, be the straight talk they came looking for. - Ring up the other independents on your shelf and build a standing shoutout loop. Trade audiences on purpose. The giants can't coordinate that fast. You can. - When a real fear hits your category, answer it with a concrete offer, not a lecture. A free thing that solves the worry beats ten posts explaining why you're great. - When you borrow a cultural moment, route the payoff into a channel you own. Rent the spotlight, keep the customer and the data. - Before you post the manifesto, check who's holding the camera. If the room doesn't trust that voice yet, hand the message to one it does. ## Sources cited - Daily cross-LLM trend reports: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Copilot ## About the show The Daily Trend Report is a daily briefing on social media, clean-label food and beverage, and content, social, and AI for operators. # The Daily Trend Report with giovanni gallucci: July 23, 2026 Good morning. This is giovanni gallucci, joined by Chloe Dawn and Rachel Donovan, and this is the Daily Trend Report. Morning, Gio. ## In this episode **Social Media.** So Eddie and Travis both flagged the same number overnight, and it stopped me cold. Fifty-five percent of people say they post less than they did five years ago. **Clean Label Food and Beverage.** Kendall's clean-label report had the money signal for me. IFF just sold off its natural-colors and botanicals business, about a hundred seventy million in revenue, to a specialist called SuanNutra. **Content Creation Tactics.** Content section. The most instructive thing in the tactics files this week is about who actually makes people show up. ## Quick takeaways - Build one genuinely useful reference post, the kind people bookmark. A saved post pulls someone back next week. Make the thing worth keeping, not just worth a glance. - Stand up a close-friends list or a broadcast channel and post there first. The people who opt into the private room are worth more than the public feed you're shouting into. - Put a real reason to join your email or text list right inside your best post. The feed is rented ground. Feed it into something you actually own. - Shoot the color reveal. The beet, the spirulina, the pour, the moment it turns. Show, don't say. The demonstration is the proof. - Make one post that teaches why real color costs more and behaves differently. You explaining the tradeoff makes you the honest voice. Big Food can't run that post. - Lead with the surprising source. "Your blue can come from algae" is a hook. Open on the thing that makes somebody stop and go, wait, really. - Stop writing one post for everyone. Cut two or three versions for the specific rooms your audience actually lives in. One message no longer covers a generation. - If you're going to be provocative, tie the edge to something true about the product. Shock with no reason to believe underneath it costs you the trust you're trying to build. - Borrow culture, not celebrity. Embedding in a real community reads native and costs less. A rented star reads like an ad, and audiences price it as one. ## Sources cited - Daily cross-LLM trend reports: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Copilot ## About the show The Daily Trend Report is a daily briefing on social media, clean-label food and beverage, and content, social, and AI for operators. # The Daily Trend Report with giovanni gallucci: July 22, 2026 Good morning. This is Alexis Parker, sitting in with giovanni gallucci and Chloe Dawn, and this is the Daily Trend Report. Morning, Alexis. ## In this episode **Social Media.** So a company called Pangram scanned over a million posts and finally put a number on the thing everybody already smelled. Forty-one percent of the long posts on LinkedIn, the ones over 250 words, read as fully machine written. **Clean Label Food and Beverage.** Kendall's report had the number that stopped me cold. Products with beef tallow did about 1.1 billion dollars in the year to March, up roughly 275 percent in three years. **Content Creation Tactics.** Two things got made this week that teach the same lesson from opposite ends. Eddie and Travis both had them in the tactics file. ## Quick takeaways - Cast one recurring person as the face of your account and leave them there. Followers show up for a name, and a name is the one asset a prompt can't generate. - Point your AI at the boring half, the thumbnail tests, the caption drafts, the transcript, and spend the time you save on one more take with a real person in it. - Find the most obviously auto-written post in your niche and answer it on camera as yourself, saying the thing it couldn't. Standing next to the slop is the cheapest contrast reach you'll get all week. - Say it plainly on camera. The brands that sold this problem for thirty years are the ones selling the cure now, and you lived it, so you're the one with the standing to name it. - Turn the category's own scoreboard into a recurring post. Those retail numbers land harder from the operator who was in the fryer early than from any headline. - Put your product in the hands of three creators who were eating this way before it trended, let them talk like themselves, and let their word carry where your logo can't. - Build a mechanic your audience performs instead of watches. A job for the viewer beats a message at the viewer every single time. - When the feed starts a story about you, get in it the same day with a post that's in on the joke. Silence just hands the narrative to the crowd. - Before you remake anything your audience loves, show it to your regulars first and let them tell you it's wrong while there's still time to fix it. ## Sources cited - Daily cross-LLM trend reports: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Copilot ## About the show The Daily Trend Report is a daily briefing on social media, clean-label food and beverage, and content, social, and AI for operators.
