This show talks about how I was inspired by a comedian turned transformational speaker and this one statement he made about Not With Your Head.  It really had me wanting to share my thoughts on what he said and what we are experiencing now in this country with this coronavirus.

I also highlight a family of siblings who wanted to help the seniors in their community and how they banded together to make that happen and how it has also inspired me to do something in my neighborhood and I hope it will help you to do a little something in yours.

Well this In The Conversation episode was definitely a little different for me and little more personal than most, as I get to have the honor of interviewing my son, Adam, who truly does inspire me and believe it or not I think I was the most nervous.

We get a chance to talk about his growing Youtube Channel and Podcast for A+ Opinions, his fears of starting his show and how he was able to move pass this fears and create something that he loves sharing with others. As well as his goals for moving A+ Opinions forward.

He also shares with us the one thing the he found most surprising about doing his show and how that shocked him and may surprise you as well.

It was such a special moment for me to see him as the talented man he is and to be able to share our conversation with all my listeners is also very special.

Finding my way back after some sinus issues which affected my throat but I really wanted to do this show because I get to share an inspiring story of a teacher who is helping her students to shed their baggage off their young shoulders and finding ways to hold space for each other, by doing an exercise that helps them to find a way to have empathy, kindness and so many other qualities that will last them a lifetime and of course I share the word of the week and sneak peek.
