• What I Did to Prepare My Body to Get Off Birth Control After 9 Years
    Dec 2 2025

In this video/episode, I am sharing exactly how I have been preparing my body to transition off birth control after being on it for nine years! I walk you through the full process from meeting with a naturopath and running detailed bloodwork, to creating a supportive supplement routine, adjusting my diet, prioritizing sleep, and learning how to regulate my stress in a deeper, more intentional way.

I also talk about why your environment matters so much during a hormonal shift like this and the subtle lifestyle changes that made the biggest difference for me.

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor or medical professional. I am not anti-birth control, and this episode is not medical advice. I am simply sharing my personal experience and the knowledge I have gained throughout this journey. Always consult with a healthcare professional before making changes to your medication or health routine.
