The use of New Mexico chile has changed over the years. This year is trend is a blend of a taste sensation. New Mexico, over the years has been a good place to make movies. Did you know that the very first film shot in New Mexico and released to the public was in 1898? That was before Hollywood and I’ll talk about that production. This last year the New Mexico Film Office talked about 35 projects in New Mexico. We are ground zero for some great films.
