This is 25 minutes of actual hypnotic sleep induction that works with your nervous system, not against it. Here's what happens: I guide you through progressive relaxation that releases tension you didn't even know you were holding. Then we go deeper with a countdown that quiets the part of your brain that won't shut up. By the time we hit the sleep suggestions, your body is already letting go. And here's the part people asked for - I extended the peaceful music at the end so you drift off completely and stay asleep. There's no wake-up sequence. You're not supposed to hear the end.
