  • EP 40: When is YOUR New Year
    Jan 18 2026

In this grounding and reflective solo episode, I explore the pressure so many of us feel around New Year’s resolutions, productivity, and the belief that January 1st is the moment we’re supposed to “start over.” I gently challenge that conditioning and invite you to reconnect with your own natural rhythm instead of society’s timeline.

I talk about New Year’s traditions, productivity culture, rest, seasonal energy, and why feeling unmotivated or low at the start of the year doesn’t mean you’re failing. I share why resolutions often don’t work, how comparison disconnects us from ourselves, and why growth can be quiet, internal, and still deeply meaningful.

This episode is for anyone who feels behind, pressured, or “not enough” when a new year begins — and is ready to release expectations that no longer serve them.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why January 1st doesn’t have to be your new beginning

    • How cultural conditioning shapes our relationship with productivity and success

    • Why resolutions often fail and why intentions feel more supportive

    • How rest is an essential part of growth, not a lack of it

    • Why productivity looks different in different seasons of life

    • How comparison pulls you out of alignment with yourself

    • How to identify when your personal “new year” actually is

    • Simple ways to honor your energy without guilt or pressure

I reference an episode that really stayed with me:

Call Me When You Get This — Episode 6: Stop Trying to Be Productive All the Time.

It’s a beautiful reminder that growth happens in seasons — even when it isn’t visible.

  • EP 38: Growth Over Getting Over It
    Dec 30 2025

In this powerful and heart-centered solo episode, we explore why “getting over it” is not the path to real healing — and how choosing growth creates lasting change. This conversation gently invites you to slow down, feel what you feel, and move through life transitions with compassion instead of pressure.

We talk about heartbreak, loss, major life changes, and the quiet ways we often try to run from our pain. You will learn why distraction is not the same as healing, how growth asks for honesty instead of rushing, and what it truly means to integrate your experiences instead of suppressing them.

This episode is for anyone who has felt the pressure to “move on,” but knows deep down they need space to truly heal.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why “getting over it” often delays real healing

    • How distraction can keep emotional wounds unhealed

    • What healthy growth looks like after loss and change

    • How to feel your feelings without getting stuck in them

    • Why healing has no timeline and does not need to be rushed

    • How to recognize when you are truly healing, not just coping

    • Simple ways to support yourself through grief and emotional transitions

    • Why growth is about becoming, not going back

As always, remember: you are enough just as you are.

  • EP 37: Lessons from the Trees: Resilience, Rest & Re-Rooting Yourself
    Dec 8 2025

In this gentle, grounding solo episode, I explore the unexpected — yet deeply human — wisdom we can learn from trees. From the underground networks that nourish them, to the rings that reveal their hardest seasons, to the way they rest, adapt, and grow toward the light, trees mirror so much of what we move through in our own healing journeys.

We talk about connection, boundaries, resilience, letting go, and why so much of your growth is happening in the places no one can see yet. This episode is a reminder that you’re not behind, you’re not broken, and you’re not meant to do life alone. You’re growing — in your own time, in your own way.

This conversation is for anyone who’s in a tender season, rebuilding after loss, or learning to trust themselves again.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why trees thrive in community — and what that teaches us about receiving support.

    • How your “growth rings” reflect the seasons that shaped you.

    • What fall shows us about releasing what no longer serves us.

    • Why rest is not regression, but preparation for your next season.

    • How trees grow around obstacles — and why resilience isn’t about bouncing back.

    • A new way to understand emotional wounds and the scars that make you stronger.

    • Why following your own light (not comparison) leads to aligned growth.

As always, remember: you are enough just as you are.

  • EP 36: How to Honor What You’re Really Feeling with Tracey Brown
    Oct 17 2025

In this warm, honest conversation, Tracy Brown and I explore why so many of us answer “I’m fine” when we’re not — and what it costs us to keep pretending. We trace the roots of that reflex back to childhood, talk about practical ways to begin feeling what you’re feeling (hand-on-heart, voice memos, journaling, micro-practices), and offer gentle, doable next steps for creating safer emotional space in relationships and daily life. This episode is for anyone who wants to stop abandoning themselves and start reclaiming their emotional truth.

    In this episode, you’ll learn

    • Why we say “I’m fine” and how it quietly creates distance from ourselves and others.
    • Gentle ways to start feeling again, hand-on-heart, breathwork, journaling, or quick voice memos.
    • How naming emotions (“name it to tame it”) helps you find clarity and calm.
    • How to Ask for What You Need and Create Space to Listen Without Fixing
    • The body’s signals of suppression and simple ways to release stuck energy.
    • A real story of how emotional honesty can bring deeper connection and healing.

  • 35. From Avoidance to Awareness: Lessons from My 28-Year-Old Self
    Sep 19 2025

In this solo episode, I close out the Woman Emerged series by sharing one of my most personal stories: my divorce at 28.

Back then, I thought I was moving on by staying busy, dating, and distracting myself. But the truth is, I was avoiding my emotions, had lost my identity, and didn’t understand boundaries or self-care. Looking back now with compassion, I see how those years shaped me and led me to the self-awareness and emotional intelligence I have today.

I also reflect on the incredible women I spoke with throughout this series and the resilience they showed in their own journeys. For me, the word emerge captures what happens when we rise from adversity—not as the same person we were, but as someone stronger, more authentic, and more aware.

    In This Episode, I Share:

    • How I avoided my feelings during my divorce and what I learned from it
    • Why distraction doesn’t heal pain—it only delays it
    • What self-care, boundaries, and identity looked like for me then (and now)
    • How unprocessed emotions show up later in life if we don’t face them
    • Why resilience and sharing our stories are so important in healing

If you’ve ever been through a breakup, loss, or any big life transition, I hope my story helps you feel less alone—and reminds you that healing is possible.

This quote speaks to my healing ethos: that we don’t need to hide or fix our wounds, we need to honour them. Because they are not the end of the story. They’re the sacred doorway back to ourselves. Soul Sovereignty.
