Buckle up buttercup, we're going on a ride.

Today we navigate quite a few themes.

First: the importance of listening to your intuition – or what I've come to lovingly call "the voice that speaks softly." Fear is loud; truth is silent.

Then we investigate where bliss most often arises, and surprise surprise: it's in silence. Bliss does not exist in some far off land. It exists in the liminal spaces. It exists in YOU.

Hence, we must create change from within. We must create the space for silence to become presence, and presence to become bliss.

Finally, we reflect on how our relationships serve as (infinite) mirrors for self-discovery and growth, if we're willing to look.
