  • 76: The Physical Cost of Guilt and Shame (And How to Finally Release It)
    May 29 2026

I've been sitting on this episode for over a year, and I'm finally ready to share it with you. This one is deeply personal, and honestly, it took me this long to have all the pieces come together before I could record it. If you've ever carried guilt or shame about who you used to be, the choices you made, or the way you showed up in your business or relationships, this episode is for you.

I'm opening up about a massive realization I had watching my mom's journey with dementia, and how it completely shifted the way I see guilt, shame, and what happens when we refuse to release them. I'm talking about the version of myself I built a successful business as, the pendulum swing I made when I didn't like what I saw, and the bag of guilt I picked up along the way that was literally showing up in my body.

This isn't just about my story though. It's about the pattern I see so many of us fall into where we beat ourselves up for who we were instead of taking the lesson and moving forward. I'm sharing what finally clicked for me a few months ago that changed everything, and I'm extending an invitation to you that I hope helps you step into more freedom and abundance faster than it took me to get here!

If you've been feeling called to the world of fashion but aren't sure how to turn that passion into a paycheck, I've created a path just for you. Whether you're at the very beginning and need the fundamentals in Stylist School, ready to build your legal and marketing foundation with Business of Style, or looking for high-level community and up-to-date industry guides in our membership, Stylist Society, there is a place for you here. • 75: Allow Me to Reintroduce Myself
    Apr 29 2026

It has been a minute (like almost a year of a minute!) but I am so incredibly excited to be back in your ears! I've missed this space so much, but I'm a big believer in only showing up when I feel truly inspired and authentic. After a year of massive shifts, deep lessons, and a lot of life happening behind the scenes, I finally felt that spark again, and I figured it was the perfect time for a reintroduction.

In this episode, I'm clearing the air on my 15-year journey in the fashion industry and why I'm stepping into a new season of fierce intuition. I'm taking you from my early medical school aspirations to building a multi-6-figure styling empire, and explaining why I refuse to let energy vampires or trolls dictate my narrative anymore. I'm also giving you a look at what life looks like for me right now, from moving houses and planning my wedding in Boston, to the journey of caring for my mom, and so much more.

Whether you're a longtime member of the KTI community or you're just finding me today, this episode is all about getting real on where I've been and where we're going next. I am so happy to be back and I can't wait for you to hear this one!
