In this Summer Solstice conversation, Lynn and Ari explore a simple yet profound question:
What if awakening is not about acquiring more light, but about removing whatever obscures the light that has always been here?
Inspired by a reflection on the Qorikancha, the Temple of the Sun in the Inka tradition, this heartfelt dialogue wanders through themes of interoception, listening, spiritual awakening, reciprocity, and the quiet wisdom already present within us.
Together, they reflect on the difference between illumination and performance, the body's innate intelligence, and the possibility that healing and awakening may be less about becoming something new and more about remembering what has never been lost.
So pour a cup of coffee, find a quiet place beneath your own version of Penelope's branches, and join us for a gentle exploration of what it means to become transparent enough for life to move through us.
Because perhaps the light has always been here.
