    How has it already been 6 months since my "New Year, Refined Me" episode? I guess I needed some time to really start to learn how to walk in believing what God said about me. So, here I am! Back at it. I figured a good starting point would be sharing some of my road to here, from office admin to coaching all ages in fitness, cheerleading, and nutrition. In this episode, I share some of the experiences that have helped to shape me as a person and coach. It's amazing to think that 5 years ago I was hoping and praying to be able to dedicate my life to health and fitness. This is only the beginning!
