Do you believe in yourself? Without the applause, without the title, without shame? For 80% of women, the answer is no—and it’s holding us back. Self-doubt is the invisible pandemic stopping us from chasing dreams, climbing the ladder, and avoiding burnout.

The Limitless Equation is here to change that. This podcast uncovers the authentic leadership power of women running some of the most impressive businesses in Australia and gets them to share it with us. Each episode dives deep into the formula for breaking through our limits: Self-Leadership × Self-Care ÷ Superpowers = Self-Belief.

Each episode is a masterclass from women doing the work, teaching us how to lead with intention, care for ourselves, and own what makes us extraordinary. Because when we learn together, we rise together.

  • Limitless Internal Alignment: Suzana Ristevski
    Sep 9 2026

"You have to choose your hard." That's Suzana Ristevski, and it sums up how she sees everything.

Suzana is the Chief Marketing Officer for Google Australia and New Zealand. She's spent more than 30 years across NAB, GE, Optus, Medical Benefits Fund and 20th Century Fox, and she started out studying commerce and law before one marketing subject changed her whole direction.

This conversation goes places Chloe wasn't expecting. Suzana talks about growing up in Oakleigh as the daughter of factory-working migrants, and how watching her parents graft shaped a work ethic she never questioned. She talks about finding out her son Ollie was on the spectrum, and how she went in thinking she'd have to teach him about the world, only to realise it was the other way round.

There's a proper pull-apart of the word "smart", and why Suzana had spent decades believing she wasn't it. There's her separation, the year she didn't tell her own parents, and what it cost her to sit in that grief instead of running from it. And there's the idea Chloe keeps circling back to: internal alignment, the thing Suzana names as her real superpower, and the reason none of the rest of it, the job, the title, the boards, means much without it.

This one stayed with Chloe long after the mics turned off. Suzana didn't hold back, and neither did the conversation.

  • Limitless Possibilities: Fiona Johnston
    Aug 24 2026

"You're a walking hype machine." That's what a friend told Fiona Johnston when she asked people what her superpower actually looked like from the outside. Turns out they were spot on.

Fiona is General Manager of Shopper, Brand and Loyalty at Metcash Food, the team behind IGA's brand, loyalty and shopper strategy across the country. She's the one behind the 'You Can't Beat Local' campaign, and after 20 years across consumer goods and brand consultancy, she's built a career on turning insight into growth, and turning people into believers in what's possible for them.

In this episode we go deep on what Fiona calls limitless possibilities, her word for the energy she gets from getting people, teams and even her own kids to dream bigger than what's directly in front of them.
