If there’s one thing that the pandemic taught us, it’s that being alone sucks. Loneliness is real and so many of us don’t have the deep and meaningful relationships 
we were created to have. Let’s face it, we thrive in community. We need each other, we need a tribe. But how do we build that tribe? And How do we become the type of people that not just find our tribe but help others do the same? Making friends as kids was easy. But somehow it got super complicated the older we got. But what if I told you that building a supportive community is easier than we think. That’s what we talk about on The Linked Life. 

Each episode we explore how to become, what I call, a "high value connection".  We discuss how to develop and strengthen relationships, and how to become the type of person that adds value and joy to those who decide to be in relationship with us. (It’s not just what people can give you, it’s what you can give too.) So let’s link up (you see what I did there) and let’s grow intentional and fulfilling relationships together.
