Actor, Writer & Singer, Wolf Evans is at the table with me for a soulful conversation about spirituality, mental health, creativity, and the connections that feed us!

His favorite hour is 5 a.m. Sunrise, possibility, intentions for the day. Mine is 5 p.m. Reflection, release, and making peace with the passing of it. Somewhere between those hours, we find common ground, (cause we’re both Sagittarians♐️) a sprinkle of astrology, and room to embrace the beautiful madness of being deliciously ourselves.

And his three-course menu? A little yin, a little yang, and a dessert policy I can get behind: make it through the first two courses, and have whatever your heart desires. So grab yourself a tasty snack, and a yummy drink to wash it all down, and enjoy the show! Meow! ✨😻🖤🔮

Flash Supply Co. founder Colby Glenn and artist Thalo Halo pull up to the table with me, your friendly neighborhood homegirl, Chef Nikki Meow!

We dig into how they connected, how Thalo’s artwork made its way onto apparel, and Colby’s vision for a company that seeks out artists and gives their work a whole new place to live. From tattoo and street art to wearable self expression, this conversation is all about creating with intention and making room for originality. On the menu? The business behind the collaboration, the people behind the designs, and the creative hunger that brings it all together. Bold ideas, real connection. and plenty to chew on. 😉

Pull up a chair, bring your appetite, your snacks and a tasty beverage to wash it all down, and enjoy the show! Meow! ✨🖤😻🔮🤘😈🤘
