Dear Diary, imposter syndrome is something most of us battle with, even if we don’t say it out loud. But just because we feel it doesn’t make it true. Overcoming it means challenging our doubts and reminding ourselves why we’re here. We belong in these rooms, at these tables, and in these roles because we’ve earned it. And every step we take with confidence moves us further from that inner critic. Remember: you are enough, and you bring value just by being you. So, on that note, lets keep it real, lets keep it practical, and most importantly, keep it millennial.

Look, Imposter Syndrome is very real and it happens to all of us. It is just life telling you it's time to cross into your new era. The fear is the unknown, and it is okay to be scared! But here is a little tip for those going into interviews right about now:

Stop going into interviews telling people you need a job and have been looking for x amount of time. They know that, they have your resume, you are here. Relax, act like it's your time.
