    Mar 3 2021
What does internalizing and ritual mean to you? In this episode I discuss how I’ve been growing and accepting all parts of me and living authentically. I talk a lot about the importance of internalizing habits and reaching a cross road in my life of making a conscious decision to slow down my pace. I also share my views on glutting for knowledge and stimulation, and taking for granted the resources and blessings we already have inside us.

  • 001: The Story Behind The OFC
    Mar 13 2020
What The Opportunity For Change used to be, isn't what it is today, however it still reflected my current reality. My Junior year of high school was a major transition for me. I entered this program which at the time was called The Opportunity For Change. The program provided what I needed in order to finish strong with my diploma. It was pretty much geared toward taking accountability, having discipline, and being committed. As it was back then, so it is till this day. I had to own up to my imperfections and insecurities, which I still have a lot of as we all do. I had to accept where I came from and who I was becoming. I stopped blaming the world, took my power back, and focused that energy on implementing new habits. This ultimately lead me to be more self-sufficient.
