In this podcast, Chelsea Boren (Diversity, Inclusion and Culture Manager at PayFit) has the honor to welcome the first external guest, Leah Stavenhagen (Author, Fundraiser and Activist), to discuss disability in the workplace.
Leah was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (a neurodegenerative disease) when she was 27. She is actively engaged to raise awareness on disability and has published a book (in French) J'aimerais danser encore.
- What can Leah teach us about raising awareness around disability, and about ALS?
- Did Leah's colleagues' perception change once Leah was diagnosed?
- How to be more inclusive in the workplace?
