    If there is one thing I could've understood better prior to my fitness journey it's Habits. What EXACTLY they are, and how they effect me daily!

     

    It's really simple too, once you understand how frequently we actually are performing habits or actually being who we think are (or acting).

     

    It all starts with you. In order to see success with your health & fitness goals it REQUIRES you to cultivate the right habits, after all that's essentially what taking this journey is. Creating new and long term habits.

  • How to Optimize Your Ankle Mobility?

    More recentely I've been doing mobility/stability related videos on IGTV, YouTube, and Facebook.

     

    These videos have been addressing (what I view as) some of the most common movement faults I see, and while it may not be hurting you now, I don't want to see it rear it's ugly head later.

     

    Instead I'm taking the more proactive approach and showing others how they can negate and reverse some of the joint issues and pains they may deal with on a regular basis.

  • Here's Your Secret Weapon to Fat Loss

    This one was not by request, but it was something I wanted to fully comprehend better to better relay this message to any (and all) of you!

     

    Today I discuss your new secret weapon to fat loss (although it's not much of a secret) and that's NEAT or non exercise activity theermogenesis. In simpler terms, the energy (or calories) we burn when not exercising.

     

    I give what it is and the difference it can make when it comes to total calorie burned at the end of the day and some ways you can incorporate more of it!
