    Who is Sue Ellar?

    Sue Ellar is a Health Transformation and Food Relationship Coach who helps midlife women and their families reclaim their energy, ease chronic symptoms and create a peaceful, empowered relationship with food.

    Her work is rooted in evolutionary nutrition and behavioural psychology, guiding her clients to love eating in a simpler, more natural way. She is one of only ten master-level coaches worldwide trained in this methodology and has supported more than 300 people to achieve natural, sustainable weight release without dieting.

    Sue is passionate about bringing her clients back into partnership with their bodies, freeing them from cravings, guilt and the exhausting, willpower-fuelled cycle of yo-yo dieting. Her work shows that they are not broken; their bodies simply need to be fed in a way that allows them to heal and thrive.

    Sue talks about what she calls “nature’s best kept secret”:

    That the symptoms and ailments we accept as a normal part of life are actually triggered by the modern food environment, and an industry that doesn’t have our health at heart. But our symptoms can often be reversed dramatically when we larn how to eat in the way the human body evolved to thrive.

    Every animal on the planet has its own naturally evolved diet, and humans are no exception. Modern life has taken us so far from this way of eating that most of us — including many experts — have never experienced quite how WELL we can be when we are eating in the right way.

    Sue tells her own personal story of how she transformed her perimenopause symptoms, energy and weight after decades of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and chronic issues like joint pain and exhaustion.

    Set Your Intentions for today, this week and the years ahead. Great time to do this now, being the first week of the year.

    Setting your intentions is EQUAL to the outcomes you get!

    The first step on any journey is to set your intentions, know where you want to go. Whether you are just starting the programme or starting a new day or starting anything…set your intentions right now about what you want to achieve in this group, on this programme, on this day. How do you want to feel? What do you want to achieve? What does that look like?

    When you say what you want, every part of you can hear you and will start to get you there the moment you say it.

    Setting intentions are single most important action that will get your pain free started.

    Just like making dinner - you can almost taste the dinner, imagine it, know how it's going to go....and you haven't even started making it!

    No matter how bad you feel now, set your intentions anyway.

    This guidance is part of The 90-day Pain To PainFree Programme, usually used to clear long term pain and symptoms but since The PainFree Method is an alignment method that brings you back into flow immediately, you can use it for anything you want!

    Who is Althea Finch?

    A natural therapist for 35 years and creator of The PainFree Method.

    Known as The PainFree Specialist, some even call me the healing angel! I work with people living with chronic pain and long-term conditions, guiding them to real, lasting healing through my unique alignment method. My name even means healer in Greek, so it was obviously meant to be!

    I trained in Shiatsu, Acupressure, Reflexology, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Flower Remedies, and more—holistic, Eastern-style methods all about the connection between mind and body. After 10 years of study. working with hundreds of people, and adding in my own life experiences, everything clicked. I had an epiphany of healing. I realised that you can do so many wonderful things for yourself, massage, good eating, meditation etc but unless you connect to the you inside, nothing really changes. That was the beginning of The PainFree Method©.

    Because I suffered abuse as a child, I understand firsthand how the body stores what we suppress—and how powerful release can be. That realisation transformed not only my life, but also the way I help others heal. Not only were the results profound, it empowered people, putting them back in charge of themselves.

    What we experience in life doesn’t go away just because we grow up. It reflects through our bodies, our thoughts, the decisions we make…through everything. I like to think everything’s ok until it’s not – when these inner holdings reflect out as physical symptoms you cannot ignore any more, that’s the calling back to wholeness and release.

    Healing starts simply: clear, practical actions and a fresh understanding of how healing really works. The body is designed to heal itself, to come back to wholeness—and when we create the right environment and take the right actions, healing begins.
