    Who is Sas Bullock?

    I have been on the awakening path for the last 30 years which has taken me on a deep, winding and fascinating journey through many landscapes and varying pathways of initiation.

    I knew from a very early age that I wanted to be a performer; an actor, singer, dancer, which was the route I initially followed, securing a place at drama school after leaving secondary school at 17.

    However, after 5 years of working in the theatre, I found myself being more and more drawn to the mystical as I found that I had a gift for reading the Tarot cards and offering guidance to others. As my insight and intuition heightened through my attendance at a Spiritualist Church development circle in Lewisham, South London, I kept receiving a message to leave the outward path of acting and to go onto the inward journey of the Spirit to connect with my true purpose and life of service.

    After my partner had a breakdown and went haywire, disappearing off to find himself, I could no longer travel with theatre as by then I had two daughters under two and was forced to re-think my life. i moved back to my Northern roots and got myself onto a two year health & holistic well being course and re-trained, which is when my spiritual path really opened up.

    It began with the holistic health modalities and widened to expand into training as a Heart Intelligence Coach and group facilitator, helping people re-connect with their authentic selves and moving into purpose, passion and their joy through teaching the Heart IQ Method. Through my own practice of Heart IQ and connecting to my own Soul’s guidance, my voice opened up and I started to bring through some extraordinary sounds, vibrations & frequencies, which appeared to have very positive effects on people, dissolving energy blocks, pain, ailments, trauma and increasing self-confidence.

    I also became aware of how these sounds were positively affected my clients’ voices by opening them up to speak their truth.

    Over many years of experimenting with; sound choirs, sound healing circles, sound your way to health & happiness courses, shamanic sound journeys and voice activations with both groups as well as 1-1’s, I have since blended all of my training and experience over the last 40 years, to produce a fun pathway to open and activate the healing power of the voice, and so ” The Awakened Voice’ was born.

    The first step on any journey is to set your intentions, know where you want to go.     When you say what you want, every part of you can hear you and will start to get you there the moment you say it.

    Setting intentions are single most important action that will get your pain free started.

    Just like making dinner - you can almost taste the dinner, imagine it, know how it's going to go....and you haven't even started making it!

    No matter how bad you feel now, set your intentions anyway.

    4 super easy tips for a pain-free Christmas.

    Where you focus is EVERYTHING…

    🎄1- Focus on what you’re doing this Christmas. Enjoy what you’re doing. Be in the moment. Whether it’s eating, chatting, Christmas activities…be conscious of what you’re doing. When you focus on the enjoyment you’re experiencing, everything else within you will get a dose of that good feeling too.

    Pain is discomfort, tension, contraction. Allowing yourself to fully feel pleasurable experiences, sends those ripples of good feelings all through your system and your condition will get the message to change too.

    🎄2- Choose something to soothe yourself. I know it’s an especially busy time but every day pick something – a nice warm bath, your favourite tea, a lovely walk. What’s going to soothe you?

    What you do for yourself affects the whole of you. It changes your energetic state to a positive, loving one. Pain cannot sustain here. You’re either in pain or you’re not!

    🎄3- Check that your breathing is deep and slow. Your breathing is the link, the glue between your thoughts, feelings, and body.

    Connecting with your breath is connecting with flow and peace. Pain is a contraction and choosing to actively focus on flow is the opposite.

    🎄4- Step away from pain…Ask yourself “What do I need to do right now to feel better?” Listen to your own responses.

    You may need to sit down, drink more water, rest, breathe. Your body (YOU) knows what you need. All you need to do is ask! If you get no answers, just sit quietly with your breath. It may be all your body needs to feel better right now.

    ✔️ It will be an opportunity for you to dream and explore the creative possibilities that lie within the darkness of the earth and this place of rebirth.

    ✔️ The new sun that rises in the dawn represents the Magical Child, which brings with him/her the hopes and dreams of what is to come These are the seeds that you have already planted in the ground and are already beginning to grow and take root.
