    Mental health affects us all, and as leaders, it's our responsibility to prioritise the well-being of our teams. In this episode Andy asks you to to reflect on your own experiences with mental health and its impact, and to consider signs of struggling mental health in ourselves, our teams, peers, and bosses.

    We will look at what the key comptencies are for being a leader who has their teams mental health at the forefront of what you do. By fostering a positive work culture that values mental health, leaders contribute to the overall success of the organization. Employees who feel supported and have their mental health needs met are more engaged, motivated, and productive.
