Nicole holds numerous professional designations, including Worker's Compensation Claim Professional, Self-Insured Certificate, associate in risk management, OSHA 10, Construction Risk Insurance Specialist, and most recently, a WCIRB certification.

After transitioning to the broker side, she developed a more direct role with businesses giving her a better understanding of the issues that impact small business insurance rates.
