Tantra means ‘weaving’. At the core of Tantric philosophy is the interconnecting and integrating all aspects of existence into a unified whole - the Sacred Union.

It is one of the most important spiritual practices of this time - because it is not only about transformation and liberation - it is also a reclamation of the body, of our sexuality as a creative life force, and a reclamation of death.

Living Tantra teacher, relationship expert and psycho-spiritual teacher, Jan Day has been teaching and leading workshops in Europe and Hawaii since 1999. Jan’s life and work have been influenced by both Eastern and Western spiritual teachers. She was a sanyassin of Osho for 15 years.

Over a period of 20 years Jan trained and then taught with Alan Lowen, founder of _The Art of Being®. The Living Tantra series of workshops that she offers is based on the Body, Heart & Soul_® series created by Alan.

She has also been influenced by and/or worked with Jack Kornfield, David Deida, Ron Kurtz, Ken Wilber, Genpo Roshi, Thomas Hübl and Ammachi.

Daniel Pinchbeck is a philosopher, futurist, cultural critic, New York Times bestselling author, director of The Elevator and founder of Liminal News.

He draws on ideas from systems thinkers, esoteric traditions, shamanism, as well as contemporary social theory.

He believes we are moving away from an obsolete materialist paradigm and toward a new/ancient understanding which reveals consciousness as our fundamental reality.

In this show I am talking to Alicia Dieminger a psychologist, relationship coach, and coordinator of public relations at the ZEGG community / seminar centre near Berlin.

Our conversation explores the tension between inner and outer service, collective wounds in men and women and thus in couples relationships, and feels into what it's like to live inside an egalitarian community. We explore the collective wound of not belonging to community, and the consequences of living in a trauma-based society.

Alicia has 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and groups. Her work integrates psychology, mindfulness, and body-based therapies with lived expertise in long-term partnership, co-parenting, polyamory, and sacred sexuality.

She now focuses on meditation and Kundalini activation, conscious relationships, emotional healing, and guiding couples through both reconnection or conscious separation.

Luke Kemp is the author of the book "Goliath’s Curse - The history and future of Societal Collapse”. He is also a research associate at the Centre for the Study of Existential Risk at the University of Cambridge and has a phd in international relations.
His research has been covered by media outlets such as the New York Times, the BBC and the New Yorker.

This episode is for everyone who is curious, unaware or worried about the current state of affairs. We explore what we can learn from the past about possible future predictions about the risk of a global systemic collapse and how studying this kind of material effects us as humans.
