• Stop Complaining, Do Something | The Sean Trace Show
    May 26 2026

    Last week was rough.

I found myself overwhelmed, frustrated, doom scrolling, overthinking, and honestly questioning where my energy was going. So instead of sitting around complaining about the world, I decided to do something simple.

I cleaned up the street in front of my house.

    That’s it.

    Marcus Aurelius once said:
“Stop talking about what a good man should be and be one.”

    That line hit me hard.

We spend so much time arguing online, complaining about bad people, bad systems, bad news, and bad behavior. But at some point, you have to ask yourself:

What am I actually doing to make things better?

This video isn’t about cleaning a street.
    It’s about responsibility.
    Integrity.
    Fatherhood.
    Energy.
    Action.
And trying to become the kind of person who contributes instead of just consuming.

The street will probably be dirty again tomorrow.
But maybe that’s not the point.

Maybe the point is showing up anyway.

If this resonated with you, subscribe and join me on the journey.

    May 25 2026

In this episode of The Sean Trace Show, I sit down with Rand Selig, author of Thriving! How to Create a Healthier, Happier, and More Prosperous Life, to talk about what it really means to build a life that feels healthy, meaningful, and grounded. We get into the difference between success and true fulfillment, why money matters but cannot be the whole scoreboard, and how defining “enough” on your own terms can completely change the way you live.

Rand shares powerful lessons on resilience, parenting, forgiveness, letting go, self-awareness, and how to stop carrying emotional weight that no longer serves you. We also talk about getting unstuck, slowing life down, choosing who belongs on your “bus,” and why the relationship you have with yourself may be the most important relationship of your life.

This conversation is a reminder that thriving is not about having a perfect life. It is about knowing yourself, choosing your attitude, protecting your energy, building better relationships, and moving forward with purpose, gratitude, and clarity.

  • The Art Of Delivery | Mark Werner | The Sean Trace Show
    May 20 2026

In this episode of The Sean Trace Show, I sit down with Mark Werner, a 15-plus-year veteran in project management and PMO consulting, to break down what it actually takes to build a team that delivers real results. Mark unpacks the difference between being busy and creating genuine value, why context switching is one of the deadliest productivity sins a team can fall into, and how the phrase stop starting and start finishing can completely transform the way you work.

We dig into the Ford Taurus story: a shocking real-world example of how measuring the wrong things can destroy a culture from the inside out, and explore why what you measure truly matters in any organization. Mark also shares the power of MVP thinking, lean startup cycles, and how both small businesses and large companies can test ideas faster, get closer to their customers, and make smarter decisions about when to persevere, when to pivot, and when to stop.

What is one thing in your work or life that you keep putting off that you know needs your full attention right now?

  • The 10-Spot Strategy | Michael Richwein | The Sean Trace Show
    May 18 2026

In this episode of The Sean Trace Show, I sat down with Michael Richwein - fractional operations leader, people strategist, and published poet, for one of the most honest conversations I've had on this show.

We get into the real reason most people can't make a decision and stick with it, and it goes way deeper than willpower. Michael breaks down the Wound, Lie, Agreement, Vow cycle - a framework that explains how unhealed past experiences quietly drive our indecision, our stagnation, and the quiet desperation so many people are living in without even realizing it.

We also talk about decision fatigue, why identity drives behavior far more than motivation ever will, and how to find the kind of community that actually holds you accountable. Michael shares the story behind his seven-year accountability brotherhood, his two published books, and the phrase he lives by every single day “for the good and for the glory”.

What's the one decision you've been sitting on that you already know the answer to, and what's actually been stopping you from making it?

  • Five Ways To Be More Resilient - The Sean Trace Show
    May 12 2026

    Life can hit hard sometimes.

Stress, setbacks, rejection, failure, overwhelm, all of it can make you feel like you’re falling behind or getting crushed by the pressure.

In this episode of The Sean Trace Show, I break down 5 science-backed ways to become more resilient, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

    We talk about:
    • Why stress might actually be helping you grow
    • The mindset shift that changes pressure into power
    • Why relationships are critical for resilience
    • How small actions create momentum
    • The Stoic idea of controlling what you can control
    • Why purpose gives suffering meaning

I also share personal stories about:
    • Working on a Ron Howard movie after almost saying no
    • Fighting through serious illness and recovery
    • Failing multiple times before making sports teams
    • Building resilience through family, business, fitness, and purpose

If you’ve been struggling lately, feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or uncertain about the future, I hope this conversation reminds you of one thing:

    You’re still here.

And sometimes that’s where resilience begins.

  • Wear the Boots | Alison Tetrick | The Sean Trace Show
    May 11 2026

I don't have many conversations that stop me in my tracks, but this one with Allie Tetrick did exactly that. Allie is a three-time world champion professional cyclist, a biochemist, and a born-and-raised California cowgirl who found her way into competitive cycling almost by accident - buying a bike to surprise her grandfather and never really looking back.

But this episode isn't about trophies. Allie opened up about being life-flighted off a course, surviving a traumatic brain injury, and making the mistake so many high performers make: coming back too fast, for all the wrong reasons. What pulled her out wasn't another race. She was finally deciding to do it for herself and no one else.

We got into the difference between results and effort, why hustle culture glorification does more harm than good, and what it really takes to build community for women in sport. As a dad raising a daughter, that last part hit me especially hard. Her advice to her younger self? Wear the boots. Own your truth. Stop shrinking to fit a mold that was never made for you.

What's one thing you've been shrinking about yourself to fit in, and what would change if you just decided to own it?

  • Just Do It Now | Lauren Soper | The Sean Trace Show
    May 6 2026

In this episode, I sit down with Lauren Soper to unpack what really holds people back from taking action in their lives, careers, and personal growth.

We dive into the psychology behind fear, procrastination, and the bystander effect, and why so many of us wait for the “right time” instead of making a decision in the moment. Lauren shares her journey from staying small and avoiding being seen to stepping into leadership, public speaking, and even running for local office, all while raising five kids and building a career in financial services. We talk about mindset shifts, the power of writing to clear mental noise, and how taking responsibility instead of blaming others can completely change your trajectory. I also open up about my own transitions, identity shifts, and the importance of continuing to show up even when things feel uncertain. This conversation is really about building courage in small moments, embracing discomfort, and realizing that growth doesn’t come from waiting—it comes from doing.

If you’ve been putting something off or telling yourself “later,” what’s one thing you can finally take action on today?
