  • 🎙️ Episode 50: Beyond the Panels. Behind the Curtain.
    Oct 16 2026

FIFTY EPISODES! The Skud Missile Podcast has officially reached a major milestone, and we’re celebrating in a big way!

Michael and Ezra welcome back their good friend Derek for an explosive conversation about comic books, professional wrestling, and the decisions that changed both industries forever.

We go behind the panels to debate the legacies of Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Steve Ditko, controversial comic book storylines, Marvel and DC’s biggest creative mistakes, and whether the industry has sacrificed originality for commercial success.

Then we step behind the curtain of professional wrestling to tackle Vince McMahon’s complicated legacy, the collapse of WCW, the Montreal Screwjob, ECW’s influence, and some of wrestling’s greatest what-ifs. What if Hulk Hogan never joined the nWo? What if Bret Hart stayed in WWF? And should The Undertaker’s legendary WrestleMania streak have ever ended?

The debates continue with Missile Command, where we fire off controversial opinions about comics and wrestling, before settling one of pop culture’s greatest arguments: What is the greatest television theme song of all time? Plus, three entertaining questions in our Listener Mailbag!

We’re also making a major announcement about the formation of The Arlington Media Company LLC, the new home for our growing creative projects, and sharing updates on Michael’s book, Heart-Led Leadership: Transforming Organizations With Compassion and Integrity, and his new Heart-Led Leadership Podcast.

Fifty episodes of unforgettable conversations, outrageous opinions, and father-son chemistry. This milestone is about more than celebrating how far we’ve come. It’s about everything still ahead.

  • 🎙️ Episode 49: Bronx Blues, Gridiron Chaos & Mount Rushmore Madness
    Oct 12 2026

The Skud Missile Podcast is back for Episode 49, and Michael and Ezra are bringing the heat with another explosive mix of sports debates, bold predictions, unforgettable memories, and plenty of arguments along the way!

First up, it’s time to close the book on another disappointing New York Yankees season. What went wrong in the Bronx? Who deserves the blame? And what needs to change before the Yankees can finally bring championship baseball back to New York? From questionable managerial decisions to roster construction and postseason failures, nothing is off-limits.

Then, we’re diving headfirst into the chaos of NFL Week 5 and college football Week 6! Which teams are legitimate championship contenders? Who’s overrated? Which coaches are feeling the heat? And what did another wild weekend teach us about the playoff picture?

With the NBA season right around the corner, we’re switching gears to the hardwood. Michael and Ezra deliver their early predictions, playoff picks, championship favorites, potential breakout teams, and biggest surprises. Expect some bold takes and probably a few disagreements!

Next, it’s time for another Mount Rushmore showdown as we select the four greatest NFL skill-position players of all time. Running backs, wide receivers, tight ends, and legendary playmakers are all in the conversation. Who deserves immortality, and which iconic names get left off the mountain?

And you know we can’t wrap up an episode without opening the Listener Mailbag! This week’s questions take us well beyond the playing field:

    * The Greatest Sports Gear Ever: From iconic sneakers and jerseys to legendary equipment, which pieces of sports gear deserve a place in history?

    * Mount Rushmore of Candy: Four spots. Endless possibilities. Which sweet treats make the ultimate lineup?

    * America’s Greatest Attractions: As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, we debate the country’s most iconic landmarks, destinations, and must-see attractions.

    * Dream Podcast Guests: If we could invite absolutely anyone onto The Skud Missile Podcast, who would make the cut?

From the heartbreak of the Bronx to football’s biggest storylines, basketball predictions, legendary athletes, American landmarks, and candy-fueled controversy, Episode 49 delivers the unpredictable conversations you’ve come to expect.

  • 🎙️ Episode 48: Legacies, Letdowns & The Low End Theory
    Sep 27 2026

Episode 48 of The Skud Missile Podcast brings another wide-ranging conversation with Michael and Ezra. The guys open with a pair of baseball legacy debates, comparing Robinson Canó and José Altuve before asking who they’d rather have in center field: Andruw Jones or Bernie Williams.

From there, they break down a chaotic Week 4 in college football, including Ohio State’s convincing win, Oregon handing USC another setback, Florida stunning Ole Miss, and several other results that could reshape the national conversation.

Then it’s time for a much more important debate: the Mount Rushmore of appetizers. Wings, mozzarella sticks, nachos, potato skins and more all enter the conversation, but only four can make the final cut.

The episode closes with a look back at the 35th anniversary of A Tribe Called Quest’s classic album The Low End Theory, followed by a bigger hip-hop discussion: Who are the greatest rap groups of all time? And before wrapping up, Michael and Ezra answer three new Listener Mailbag questions.
