• Epilogue: Stillhouse Reflections Season 1
    Dec 4 2025

Season One is officially wrapped up.

This little epilogue is a quick note before we close out the year and shift toward January.

The podcast is taking its seasonal pause, and Substack will be quieter for a few weeks while everything resets. Season Two begins on January 8th, 2026, and we’re going deeper into the Philosophy of Integration—freedom, choice, trauma, identity, stillness, relational power, and what an integrated life actually looks like.

    It’s the next layer down.

See you in the new year.

    Love to all.

    Della

  • Episode 8: Radical Freedom
    Nov 27 2025

Radical freedom is the foundation of everything I teach — and this final episode closes the season by bringing that idea home.

In this conversation, I explore what happens when we remove morality, punishment, social rules, and manufactured lack from our definition of what it means to live a life. Not as a political argument — but as a way of seeing clearly.

This episode looks at freedom, responsibility, universal truth, and what it means to step outside the human stories we’ve been taught to obey.

Season One is complete.Thank you for being here with me.

Season Two arrives in the new year. Keep your eye out.

    Much love to all.

  • Episode 7: Identity Without Defense
    Nov 20 2025

In this episode, I explore how identity gets tangled up in politics, morality, pain, and the stories we’ve been told about self-defence. We’ve been taught to build identities that need protecting — but an authentic identity doesn’t require armour, justification, or a fight.

I talk about why the story of self-defence keeps us stuck in pain, why we can’t “split-test” our choices in life, and how stepping out of the fight frees you from the illusion of obligation.

This is an invitation to live as your actual self — not as a collection of beliefs, rules, or expectations you’re supposed to defend.

  • Episode 6: Stillness Isn't Stuckness
    Nov 13 2025

In this episode of The Stillhouse Reflections, Della explores the quiet truth that stillness isn’t the same as being stuck.

When life slows down, we’re often taught to see it as procrastination or avoidance — but stillness can be a conscious act of restoration and awareness. Della unpacks how rest, reflection, and contemplation reveal the stories behind our emotions, and how choosing to pause can lead to deeper understanding instead of guilt or self-criticism.

From the spiral of self-awareness to befriending fear, this conversation reminds us that slowing down isn’t failure — it’s wisdom.

    Love to all.

  • Episode 5: Human Rules vs. Natural Law
    Nov 6 2025

What if morality, right and wrong, and even goodness itself were human inventions? In this episode, Della explores the difference between human rules and natural laws—how systems of morality create control, and what freedom begins to look like when we return to truth instead of obedience.

Through the lens of duality, emotion, and lived experience, Della traces how society’s invented rules—about what’s “right,” “good,” or “acceptable”—distort our natural relationship with truth. She invites you to imagine a world built not on fear or conformity, but on awareness and radical freedom, where experiences can simply be without the constant weight of judgment.

  • Episode 4: Belonging Versus Acceptance
    Oct 30 2025

Belonging feels safe because it promises inclusion—but only if you play by the rules. Acceptance, on the other hand, asks nothing of you.

In this episode, Della explores the difference between belonging and acceptance, and how conformity, morality, and approval keep us trapped in systems built on sameness. From politics and family life to our inner need for validation, this reflection looks at what happens when we stop chasing belonging and begin to practice radical self-acceptance instead.

When we no longer need others to agree with us—or to reflect us—we become free to live in truth and to let others do the same.

  • Episode 3: The Approval Leash
    Oct 23 2025

In this episode of The Stillhouse Reflections, Della explores how the need for approval quietly shapes our choices and limits our freedom. She unpacks why we seek validation from others and how this instinct, often rooted in fear or belonging, becomes an invisible leash that keeps us small.

Using the example of skydiving, Della shows how other people’s fear can masquerade as wisdom—and how recognizing that projection allows us to move forward anyway. When we stop mistaking approval for truth, we begin to reclaim the power to choose our own direction.

  • Episode 2: Obligation vs. Responsibility
    Oct 16 2025

In this episode of The Stillhouse Reflections, Della explores the subtle—but life-changing—difference between responsibility and obligation. She shows how “clean responsibility” is a conscious, freely chosen act, while obligation is a weight created by rules, social pressure, or fear.

From household chores and “performative cleaning” to morality, religion, and the stories we inherit, Della invites you to question where you’re following rules you never chose and to imagine what life looks like when you act only from true alignment.
