    Chris Barron is the Director of Operations and President of Carson and Barron Farms Inc. in Rowley Iowa, and founder of Ag View Solutions.     In 1996, Chris developed Farm Profit Manager to better measure cost of production on his family farm. What began as an internal management tool has grown into a widely used platform that helps hundreds of farms across the United States and Canada make informed financial and operational decisions. Through AgView Solutions, Chris works with farming families and agribusinesses on leadership, succession planning, communication, multi-generational growth, and long-term profitability. Alongside his wife, Alissa, Chris helps agricultural operations build stronger businesses and more successful futures.
