This is a "behind the scenes" interview with Geoffrey Fowler, the creator and first editor of the CIA's World Intelligence Review (WIRe). Geoff sat for the "From Tragedy to Transformation" interview series nearly a year ago. His contributions were instrumental to telling the Analytic Transformation story.
