In this episode, we're talking about being okay with looking like the villain when you decide to protect your peace. Because let's be real, everybody isn't going to like the decisions you make, especially when those decisions change their access to you.
But we're also getting into something people don't always want to hear. Just because you say you're protecting your peace doesn't mean you're innocent in every situation. Sometimes you have to look at yourself and take accountability, too.
I'm sharing some of my own experiences with friendships, loyalty, dishonesty, boundaries, and learning when to stop explaining myself.
We're talking about the uncomfortable parts of growth, the mistakes we make along the way, and what happens when you finally start taking yourself seriously.
Because sometimes the hardest part isn't walking away. It's accepting that everybody won't understand why you did.
