    Self discovery is the delight of fools. The world is very good at describing and labeling the personal problems we face, but it give no real solutions. Instead of self discovery, we need to diligently search out God's wisdom from God's Word that gives real solutions for the problems we face.Proverbs 18:2A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself.

    Don't be guilty of despising God's Word. The word "despise" doesn't necessarily mean hate, it means failing to give proper attention.
