On this episode I’m talking to Andy Cole. Andy had a plan, get to the U.S. and play music with some of his idols, which he achieved. Playing alongside some of the worlds biggest bands at major festivals, as well as writing/recording/performing a song to honour/empower "his" team, the North Queensland Cowboys. In addition to being an exceptional bass player, endorsed by Schecter guitars, Andy has a passion for helping young people and their families excel in his day job as an occupational therapist in the school system. Will is a personal trainer amongst other things. He left a career in the army's cavalry to feel somewhat lost at what to do next. Leaving behind your mates, your job, your purpose is something that many ex-military (and other) personnel deal with upon their departure from service.

After confronting some personal demons he found a need to revisit his youth in an attempt to put these demons to rest, a youth in which he was heavily bullied as "the fat kid", which ultimately is what started him on his journey of fitness and self improvement.
