  • Ep 37: Anna Kepner Case Update: Indicted as an Adult in Federal Court
    Apr 14 2026

A major legal development has occurred in the case of Anna Kepner, the 18-year-old who died during a family cruise in November 2025.

In this update, I walk through the newly announced federal indictment, what it means that the case has been transferred to adult prosecution, and what we know so far about how the case will move forward. I also explain the earlier sealed proceedings and how this new development fits into the timeline of the investigation.

Because this case involves a minor and previously sealed court records, many details have only recently become public. This episode focuses on confirmed information from official statements and court filings, without speculation.

If you’re new to this case, I recommend checking out my full episode covering the timeline of what happened on the cruise, as well as my previous update on the initial court proceedings. Those are both available now.

I will be watching out for updates on this case, so be sure to follow so you don’t miss anything.

  • Ep. 35: New Court Developments in the Death of Anna Kepner
    Feb 10 2026

New court developments have emerged in the case of 18-year-old Anna Kepner, who died during a family cruise in November 2025.

In this update, I walk through what has been publicly reported about a recent sealed federal court appearance involving Anna’s stepbrother, what is known and not yet known about the legal process due to the defendant’s age, and how juvenile and potential adult charges typically work in the federal system. I also discuss reported custody court information and conflicting family accounts about how close the two were.

Because this case involves a minor and sealed proceedings, many details have not been made public. This episode focuses only on confirmed reporting and clearly identified court filings, without speculation.

If you’re new to this case, I recommend listening to my original full episode on Anna Kepner first, which covers the cruise timeline and investigation in detail. It’s available now.

Thank you for continuing to care about these stories and the people at the center of them. 💜

  • Ep 34: Three Women Vanished Overnight — And No One Knows How (The Springfield Three)
    Jan 14 2026

On the morning of June 7, 1992, three women vanished from a home in Springfield, Missouri without signs of forced entry, without a struggle, and without any clear explanation.

Sherrill Levitt, her daughter Suzie Streeter, and Suzie’s friend Stacy McCall were last known to be inside the house just hours earlier. More than 30 years later, the case remains unsolved. While many theories exist, no one has ever been charged in connection with the disappearance of Sherrill, Suzie, or Stacy - The Springfield Three.

In this episode, we take a careful, in-depth look at what happened before and after that night including the timeline, early investigation, witness reports, known persons of interest, and the theories that have shaped the case over the decades. We also examine where the investigation stands today, and why this case continues to raise more questions than answers.
