i know its been sooo long, so sorry about that butttt in this episode i definitely explain why (briefly) and talk a little about love since its basically valentine's day . i previously did an episode about love but i was like 5 years old or something this is the real real at 21 years old . enjoy this chaotic and unprepared episode of This is L!fe podcast.

There are a few things I wish I would've known before coming to college but I think it was better to experience these things for myself because even if I would've been told... I wouldn't have truly understood what was being said to me! I hope you enjoy this episode of This is L!fe podcast.

In this episode, I discuss what it looks like to forgive people who have hurt you and how that process is much easier said than done. I think it is important as we are all still learning and growing in this l!fe, forgiving and loving others is one of the hardest parts about it especially when it comes down to a deep hurt of someone we truly loved and cared about. I hope you enjoy this episode!

I know I haven't posted in a week, and I'm sorry about that but I explain why in this episode! I also talk about healthy living and what that can look like for you. I truly try to live a healthy lifestyle and of course, being human you have to give yourself grace when you go out of a healthy lifestyle but it's truly the effort that counts! I hope you guys enjoy this episode!

We've gone through the anxious, the romantic, the college, but what do all of those have in common? The social. In this episode, I talk about what the social life in college has been like, and definitely what I have learned. I think this episode is funny and down to earth. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I did making it!

In this episode, I wanted to highlight mental health and the different aspects of anxiety. Anxiety has created many feelings I didn't even know existed until I got to college, and I know I am not the only one. I wanted to bring to light the areas that I found myself to be the most anxious and kind of the 'why' behind it. I hope this episode can bring you some comfort and understanding of what goes on in my college life.

With Valentine's Day around the corner, this is an episode about the romantic aspect of being a young adult. I think everyone can take something from this. I feel that a lot of the advice I gave I have either applied or applying to my life currently. I think it's important to be patient with yourself and the people around you and this episode truly highlights that, especially when discussing romantic relationships.

I know it's been a while but I'm back and (hopefully) here to stay. This episode is just an update of where I've been and what's been going on since I haven't posted in 2 years, and oh em gee has it been a lot that's happened! With many stories and a lot of consistency coming, I hope you enjoy this new episode of the new season of This is L!fe (college edition)!
