• Daddy Daycare: The Breakthrough I Didn’t See Coming
    Feb 27 2026

This week, I became “Daddy Daycare.”

In between nonstop meetings, Zoom interruptions for apple juice refills, fort-building, doll diplomacy, backyard soccer, Play-Doh sculptures, and turning the dining table into a nap station… something unexpected happened.

    A breakthrough.

For the first 2.5 years of my daughter’s life, I traveled 2–3 weeks a month. I was building a career… but missing moments. When I finally came home for good, the bond wasn’t automatic. It took a year of consistency, humility, and intentional presence to break through.

And in just 48 hours of undivided attention, everything shifted.

This episode is about fatherhood, provision vs. presence, rebuilding connection, and why the most important thing you’ll ever build isn’t a business — it’s trust.

If you’re a dad chasing success… this one’s for you.

  • The Lie of “Follow Your Passion”
    Feb 23 2026

“Follow your passion.” “Hustle harder.” “Manifest it.”

It all sounds empowering. It all sounds bold. It all sounds like success is just one motivational quote away.

But what if the advice everyone repeats is the very thing keeping people stuck?

In this episode of This with Krish, we break down the most overrated advice in modern culture and replace hype with truth. We talk about discipline over emotion, strategy over hustle culture, execution over manifestation, and responsibility over empty positivity.

This is not anti-dream. It is anti-delusion.

If you are tired of clichés and ready for clarity, this episode is for you.

We’ve officially evolved into THIS NEWSROOM — but don’t worry, This with Krish isn’t going anywhere. Same show. Bigger platform. Stronger voice.

  • James Van Der Beek, Faith, and the Rise of Colorectal Cancer in Adults Under 50
    Feb 12 2026

Yesterday we lost James Van Der Beek after a more than two-year battle with Stage 3 colorectal cancer.

For many of us, he was Dawson from Dawson's Creek. He was “Mox” from Varsity Blues. He was part of our late 90s and early 2000s coming-of-age story. But in his final years, he became something even more powerful — a public example of faith, fatherhood, and courage in the face of illness.

In this episode of This with Krish, we remember his career, reflect on his very public battle with Stage 3 colorectal cancer, and have a serious conversation about a sobering reality:

Colorectal cancer is now the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in adults under 50 in the United States.

While overall cancer deaths have declined in younger adults, colorectal cancer deaths have been rising by approximately 1% per year since 2005. For men under 50, it is now the number one cancer killer. For women under 50, it is the second leading cause. Across the general population, it remains the second leading cause of cancer death overall.

We talk about: • His legacy and cultural impact • His openness about diagnosis and treatment • Faith and surrender in suffering • Why screening guidelines have changed • Why younger adults must take symptoms seriously

If you are under 50, this episode is especially important.

    Colorectal Cancer Screening & Resources:

American Cancer Society – Screening Guidelines https://www.cancer.org/cancer/colon-rectal-cancer/detection-diagnosis-staging/screening-guidelines.html

CDC – Colorectal Cancer Basics & Prevention https://www.cdc.gov/cancer/colorectal/

National Cancer Institute – Colon and Rectal Cancer Information https://www.cancer.gov/types/colorectal

    Colorectal Cancer Alliance https://www.ccalliance.org/

If you are 45 or older, talk to your doctor about screening. If you have symptoms such as persistent abdominal pain, blood in your stool, unexplained fatigue, or changes in bowel habits — do not ignore them.

This episode is about remembrance — but it is also about awareness.

  • Bad Bunny vs. Kid Rock Outrage! Super Bowl Halftime Truth
    Feb 10 2026

In this This with Krish deep-dive, we cut through the noise on the Super Bowl LX halftime show controversy — BAD BUNNY vs. the TPUSA All-American Halftime. What really happened, why the internet lost its mind, and how the cultural outrage reveals more about us than the performances themselves.

We unpack: 🔥 Bad Bunny’s historic halftime performance and why calling him “not American” is WRONG (Puerto Ricans have been U.S. citizens since 1917). 🔥 The counter-show by Turning Point USA with Kid Rock, the claim of millions of streams, and the real viewership numbers compared to the 135 million+ who watched the Super Bowl. 🔥 My own personal Instagram exchange with someone who thought the article (posted before the game) was a joke — and what that says about social media discourse. 🔥 Bipartisan analysis of why the backlash happened, how media and identity politics amplify outrage, and how to think for yourself. ✨ Plus… a sneak teaser for an upcoming This with Krish contest!

In this deeply personal episode of This with Krish, I share a moment involving my son Liam that changed how I see fear, faith, and parenting in an unpredictable world.

  • Presence, Faith, and the Moments Our Daughters Remember
    Feb 4 2026

This episode of This with Krish is one of the most personal yet.

As a daddy-daughter dance approaches later this month, Krish reflects on what it truly means to show up as a father—especially during his third year taking his three-and-a-half-year-old daughter to the dance, the first one he believes she’ll truly remember. What starts as excitement about dresses, dance floors, and even arriving in the sports car with the top down turns into a deeper conversation about presence, faith, psychology, and the lifelong impact emotionally present fathers have on their daughters.

This episode weaves humor, real-life dad moments, research-backed insights, and faith-based reflection into a powerful reminder that legacy isn’t built in grand gestures—it’s built in small moments that shape identity, confidence, and worth. From the origins of the daddy-daughter dance to the lessons daughters absorb without a single lecture, this is an honest conversation about love, leadership, and what our kids carry with them long after the music stops.

Before diving in, make sure you listen to Episode 85, where Shannon Dhokia took over the show and absolutely crushed it. Her perspective, heart, and honesty made it a special episode you don’t want to miss: 👉 https://youtu.be/RMQDYYBnZWE?si=mHx8QtCIjHL-qF5y
