This podcast exists because host Dom Fiore suffered a life changing injury that sent him on a journey of discovery.

Dom believes that proper connection is what is missing for most men and he wants to understand how we can make that change together.


With a focus on lived experience Dom is on a journey to discover real life stories with real life men and experts on a range of subjects to understand how we can connect, deal with and share the changes and experiences that life brings.


We talk about life, health, fitness, career, family, relationships, stress and how we connect as men.

The show will feature in depth interviews, personal reflections and how we keep going when the pressure is on.
