Hello, so happy you could join us for our 4th episode of Love the Villain podcast. During this chit chat we discuss how after living in a survival lifestyle with little to no feelings of saftey or security for many years caused us very negative thinking. Even after we were in stable lives we had trouble feeling or thinking positively. There has been a journey of a kind with a lot of speed bumps along the way to finding tools that work in order to truly embody a lasting change in the way our minds filter information. Having suffered from dabilitating mental anguish we hope no one has to suffer alone. We hope that this conversation may help someone out there get relief as we did with our tips, tricks, and messages of encouragement.
