While Corey is away, Kev has enlisted the help of Josh Caldwell, host of The Engine Room podcast and the kofi supporter who gave us this record to listen to. We get into the weeds about how far removed from what Josh listens to this album is and discover layers upon layers of sonic delight to gnaw on. But will Kev be impressed with the vocals? Will Josh eventually yearn for a facemelting solo?

The only way to find out is to turn on, tune in, and call Sarah!

"I represent a firm of gentlemen who recently purchased this house and all the others in the road

In the interest of humanity, we've found a better place for you to go-go-go."

Bewildered? So is Corey!

We're taking a break from our usual program to bring you something different. Due to busy weekends and a general lack of time to properly prep, Corey and I thought we'd have a rummage through our vinyl collections and talk about what's in there. We'll be spinning up some tracks and we'll be talking about music and, as always, it will take us far too long to get into the actual episode. But that's why you tune in, right? But what albums will be spun? What new albums have the boys picked up since the last rummage and why hasn't Kev spun his new Green Lung record yet???

The only way to find out is to turn on, tune in, and wait to see what the random number generator tells us to listen to!

On July 13th, 1991, six years to the day since Live Aid, INXS took to the stage at Wembley Stadium and tore through a set list that included most of Kick and X and a whole heaping helping of rock star panache. Michael, Andrew, Tim, Jon, Kirk, and Garry pulled absolutely no punches as they went through all their impressive gears. We defy you to watch the crowd during New Sensation and not be completely up for all of it.

To cover this record, we figured we need expert help, so we reached out to the fantastic Michael J Smith over in Melbourne, to talk us through INXS's impact down under and whether they're beloved or seen as sell-outs. We pick our three highlights from the and then it's quiz time!

If you want to check Michael's fantastic Simpsons podcast, Eat the Pudding, that he co-hosts with the equally wonderful but distinctly more Irish Ian Winick, you can find links to that and their previous podcast, Lord of Adders Black below.
