What if your biggest fears became a reality. Would you die of embarrassment? Would you move countries?

In this episode I share very personal stories about being multilingual, and not been able to express myself fully in other languages than my native Spanish.

What does that have to do with business? Everything, in my case I stopped me for years from fully showing up because I was always self-conscious and feared that people would be mad at me or make fun of me for my not perfect English.

Well, guessed what? My fears were realized, and even more I was humiliated by a college professor.

It took me a LONG time, to take my power back and unapologetically FULLY show up and not be faced by the irrelevant comments you may faced (because you WILL face them at one point or another) but KNOW that you will NOT die, you will NOT fail, you WILL be able to go on.

Don't rub the world of your greatness because of a perceived OR experienced fear. You need to share your gift with the world. THAT's what you should care about, not about being perfect because Perfection is an illusion. In fact, perfection is an excuse.

In today's VERY short but sweet Episode, we're going to talk about a topic that's near and dear to my heart: repelling clients.

That's right, I'm a self-proclaimed (if secretly) rebel who likes to go against the grain and today, I want to discuss the concept of repelling clients.

I have personal experience with taking on the wrong type of clients. I didn't have a clear idea of what kind of clients I wanted to attract, and it caused a lot of headaches and stress. But I learned my lesson and want to share my experiences with you.

This isn't about being polarizing for the sake of being polarizing, but KNOWING and UNDERSTANDING that sharing your point of view can bring more of the RIGHT for YOU audience, and it's okay if not everyone loves you, in fact I would go as far as to say, it's required.

Despite its importance, clarity is often underrated and considered unsexy because it does not appear as glamorous or exciting as other aspects of business, such as innovation or disruptive strategies. Clarity may seem basic or even mundane, but its impact on business success is significant.

Clarity provide confidence, unwavering positioning, courage, and conviction. With Clarity you are better equipped to navigate challenges and uncertainties with a sense of assurance and determination.

Clarity acts as a compass, guiding you while minimizing distractions and doubts.

While we have been sold the idea that niche-ing can be rigid, restrictive process. Where if you don't go down to the last little detail of your audience or the problem you solve you are doing something wrong. I want to give you 'permission' to see it from a slightly different perspective.

Niche-ing is just a tool, strategic maybe but just a tool, and only a part of the equation at that.

Now before anyone gets offended, let me be clear. I am not saying niche-ing is NOT important, it is.

What I am offering here is an alternative way to look at it, so that both you and your potential clients get to experience a more expansive, and freeing process and leave room for evolution and growth.
