I've been seeing cancellation policies a lot lately. Should we be penalized for it? Let's be honest and talk about it.

The holiday season has passed and it reminded me of this TV show, The Great Christmas Light Fight. As beautiful as these homes were, I noticed that every story had a sob story. Why? I think to myself, we all have something that we can hang our hat on, put blame on, and/or make people feel sympathy for us. I have a hard time to why are we adding this everywhere. Let's talk about it.
