I’m sharing how I raised my daughter to *not* be a picky eater—from what her very first foods were, to the intentional (and sometimes controversial) “rules” I followed during her first two years. This isn’t a list of expert-backed guarantees or a one-size-fits-all method. It’s what worked in our home, through consistency, conviction, and a lot of trust in the process.
