  • I Got Tattooed in Kansas City and was Triggered by Saran Wrap

    Feb 24 2026

I got tattooed at Love Leader Live in Kansas City… and it turned into a full circle moment (a REAL soul-slap) I did NOT expect.

What started as matching safety pin tattoos with my mom (hashtag crafty bitches forever) turned into a real conversation about tattoo industry standards, apprenticeship culture, scarcity mindset, and the client experience nobody wants to talk about.

In this episode I riff on:

    >> The walk-in shop vibe… and everything my brain clocked immediately (yes, including saran wrap 😅)

    >> Why “bare minimum” gets normalized as “tradition”

    >> The truth: tattooing isn’t a recognized trade in Canada — apprenticeship isn’t even a legal term

    >> How mentorship can pass down skill… OR pass down insecurity

    >> Why artists get triggered by other artists learning (and what that reveals)

    >> The subtle power dynamics that make clients afraid to speak up

    >> The moment I realized I’ve been downplaying my mastery… and I’m done with that

This is NOT to throw shade against traditional artists sort of episode, this is a “let’s get honest AF and WANT to do better” episode to spark curiosity and self-reflection.

Remember, there’s NO one “right” way to run your business; it’s not okay to assume your way is the only way because someone once told you it was.

  • Stop Letting Fear Sit in the Driver’s Seat
    Feb 16 2026

Fear is a terrible business partner.

Most women aren’t stuck because they don’t know what to do. They’re stuck because fear keeps making decisions , and yet we label it as "responsibility"..

Inside this episode I break down how fear drives urgency AND how that urgency keeps you overworking and underleading.

    Inside this episode:
    >> Why fear creates “now or never” energy
    >> How self-protection masquerades as responsibility
    >> The difference between frantic, fear-driven decisions and calm, identity-led leadership
    >> How to recognize when fear is in the driver’s seat
    >> The one question to ask before your next big yes

If your brain feels hot, everything feels rushed/heavy or all frazzled and yoy notice a pattern of burning bright and burning out on repeat, THIS is the episode that help you pause and recalibrate.

Identity-led decisions are what eliminate the wobble so you can feel calm, confident and anchored AF.

    >> How success can feel heavy when your body is bracing for burnout

  • Why Money Feels So Heavy (Even When You’re Doing Well)
    Feb 2 2026

You’re not bad with money,You’re afraid of failing.

In the episode it’s time to get REALLY honest about why money feels so heavy for multi-passionate, intuitively-led (and sometimes impulsive) women. Even when things are going well, but you STILL feel like a failure, stressing over financials and never really feeling like you can get it to stay.
This isn’t a mere “money management” problem, It’s an identity one!

Inside this episode, I’ll do a deep dive into:

    >> Your fear of failure that’s running the show

    >> How money becomes a scorecard for worth, safety, and responsibility

    >> Overspending as a dopamine + survival response

    >> The shame loop of “buy → relief → regret”

    >> Why asking for help can feel more terrifying than debt

    >> And how to stop letting numbers define who you are

I also share my own personal insights and how decisions to closing a successful studio and in-person training facility effected me, and why changing your mind at any given moment IS NOT failure… but rather a level of leadership.

If you’re ready to stop leading from fear and start leading from your identity, this episode is for you! And if you’re looking to take things a step further to become a more embodied leader, DM me the word HABITS on Instagram to rewire your brain, your body, and your being with High Frequency Habits.

  • Why Old Patterns Show Up Right Before Expansion
    Jan 19 2026

Old patterns do not show up because you are failing. They show up because you are expanding.

In this episode, I take you inside a real time moment where I almost went back to a version of myself I had already outgrown. Not because I didn’t trust my vision or know where I was going, but because growth can feel unsafe to a nervous system that's acclimated to complete and utter chaos.

We talk about survival identity versus leadership identity, why familiarity gets mistaken for safety, and why doing more is often a trauma response rather than a strategy. If you have ever felt the urge to go backwards right before things start to move forward, this episode is your reminder to stay.

In this episode we will dive into:

    >> Why old patterns surface right before expansion
    >> The difference between survival identity and leadership identity
    >> Why your nervous system prefers predictability over progress
    >> Why more clients eventually become a ceiling (not a solution)
    >> How expansion asks you to earn and lead differently

    >> Why ease can feel more uncomfortable than burnout

  • Why FORCING Yourself Is Costing You Everything
    Jan 12 2026

If you’ve been forcing yourself to work harder, stay consistent, or keep up, then this episode is for you!

I’m naming what most women never get language for: forcing yourself doesn’t build success, it breaks trust with YOURSELF.

This isn’t a productivity-hack or hyped up type of episode.
It’s about how forcing yourself fractures identity, drains creativity, and teaches your nervous system that success equals pressure.

I’m sharing my own lived experience; the years of forcing routines that weren’t built for my brain, performing productivity, and wondering why success still felt heavy.

    Inside this episode:
    >> Why rebranding often becomes self-soothing
    >> How forcing kills creativity and consistency
    >> Why discipline feels violent for busy, creative brains
    >> What leadership feels like when it’s steady instead of urgent

And if this resonates, CEO Circle is where we practice leading without pressure, together. If you'd like to learn more, DM me "CEO" on instagram to learn more here
