 An audio diary to vent about issues he's faced keeping his feelings to himself instead of speaking up, trying to unlearn keeping my feelings bottled for the sake of pleasing others (hence the name Unmuzzled). Along with any other topics dealing with men that catch my interest. I have no goals to gain listeners but if I do, I hope they are men and I encourage guys to speak up.     As you can hear from the nervousness, I'm new to podcasting, but I'm treating this as a diary. I have held my tongue on a lot of things and ruined or missed opportunities because of that. I'm working on expressing myself while it is on my mind (hence the title Unmuzzled) instead of letting it fester inside and release when it's too late.


    I'll mainly be speaking on situations that happened or are currently happening to me, or topics that catch my interest at the moment. If anyone listens I want it to be males and I encourage guys to speak up and not sit on your feelings. We need to do a better job with that.
