Hi, I'm Christine, and this is my story. Unmuzzling myself through the medium of podcasting, I'll be sharing some stories and moments in my life that I have never shared with another soul before. Through the years of trauma, near death escapes, substance abuse, domestic violence, suicide attempts, the lot. When it's written down like that it sounds like a f*cking horror story. But the ending is not bleak! My life went through a 180 transformation. Meditation, journaling, mindfulness. It's never too late to change your path. Join me in rediscovering life at 67.

An audio diary to vent about issues he's faced keeping his feelings to himself instead of speaking up, trying to unlearn keeping my feelings bottled for the sake of pleasing others (hence the name Unmuzzled). Along with any other topics dealing with men that catch my interest. I have no goals to gain listeners but if I do, I hope they are men and I encourage guys to speak up. This is a platform for men to express themselves about topics they aren't comfortable sharing with their friends or lovers due to society forcing us to deal with it or not feel the way that we feel about it.
